Before participating in the FarmFLiX #onThePull event, all participants must read the information in this document and sign the declaration/disclaimer below. We require a copy of the Vehicle Drivers, driving license for insurance purposes. Please attach a photo in the relevant section.

ALL TRACTORS MUST BE ONSITE FOR 9PM ON FRIDAY 3RD JULY!!!!

Friday 3rd July: Registration + Dyno (also access to the food/bar)

Saturday 4th July: All drivers must be on site 9am for the driver briefing AT THE LATEST!

I confirm that I am participating in the #onThePull event at my own risk and I shall not make any Claim or Demand against the organisers of the event, FarmFLiX, the venue or any other entities associated with the event for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, any Claim or Demand arising as a result of any action, default, commission or negligence of the event organisers and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that the event organisers and associates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my participation in the event. *

I confirm that I will release and not sue FarmFLiX (including event organisers, staff and volunteer workers assisting in event activities), from all liability to me and my personal representatives, for all loss or damage, for bodily injury or death, or damage to property of the undersigned, which in any way grows out of, or results from any FarmFLiX event activity or part thereof. *

I am fully aware of, and agree that the undersigned drives at any FarmFLiX event completely at his/her own risk and is fully responsible for that driving and for the therewith used materials and/or vehicles and that the undersigned and his/her team have a correct insurance regarding liability to third parties, while competing in, or being present at this FarmFLiX event *

I hereby grant permission to the organisers of the event to record my participation in the event by way of photography, motion pictures, sound recording and any other form of audio/visual media for unrestricted use. This includes but is not limited to, television shows, music videos, documentaries and promotional material for nonexclusive, worldwide use across the Universe as the organisers see fit. I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of my image in any such material and I hereby waive all rights to any future compensation for the reproduction or rebroadcast of any media which includes my image as a result of participating in the event. *
